SUMIJET X 高压冷却单元

概述

SUMIJET X 是住友精密工业（SPP）推出的高压冷却单元（Coolant Unit），将 Pump（泵）+ Tank（油箱）+ Valve（阀）+ Filter unit（过滤单元）集成于一体，用于机床切削液（Coolant）的高压供给与过滤，定位为一体化冷却系统。

高压冷却可带来五项直接收益：提高切削速度；深孔加工（deep hole drilling）高效化，提升生产率；冷却工件以提升精加工精度与加工表面质量；冷却延长刀具寿命；改善切屑的破碎与排出（将切屑碎断为 chips）。

根据过滤方式不同，SUMIJET X 提供四个系列：Series B（织物过滤式 Fabric filter type）、Series C（旋流式 Cyclone type）、Series E（两段过滤式 2-stage filtration method）、Series W（反冲过滤清洗式 backflow filter cleaning method）。

SUMIJET X（Series B）—— 织物过滤式（Fabric filter type）

• 多层布袋式过滤器并联布置（Multi-layered fabric bag-like filters are arranged in parallel）
• 运行中也可通过开闭阀门更换过滤器（The filter can be replaced by opening and closing the valve even during operation）
• 过滤器可在脱水状态下取出（The filter can be removed in a dehydrated state）
• 过滤精度覆盖 3μ~30μ，品种丰富、价格低廉（Wide variety of filters available at low prices）

SUMIJET X（Series C）—— 旋流式（Cyclone type）

• 旋流方式（Cyclone system）：涡流使 sludge 从下部喷嘴排出，清洁液体从上部喷嘴排出
• 无需维护，操作人员不接触冷却液（No maintenance required, never come into contact with coolant）
• 无过滤器废弃，环保（Environmentally friendly, no filter disposal）

注：油基切削液不推荐使用，会降低过滤效率（Oil-based liquids are not recommended）。

SUMIJET X（Series E）—— 两段过滤式（2-stage filtration method）

• 一级过滤器用于粗滤（The first stage filter is for coarse filtration）
• 金属滤芯耐压 0.4 MPa，可清洗重复使用（The metal element has a pressure resistance of 0.4 MPa）
• 压力过滤方式可进行强制过滤，油基与水溶性液体均可使用（Both oil-based and water-soluble liquids can be used）
• 二级过滤器过滤面积大、堵塞慢，维护频次低（Large filtration area, clogs slowly, maintenance less frequent）

SUMIJET X（Series W）—— 反冲过滤清洗式（backflow filter cleaning method）

• 利用工厂压缩空气与回流罐中储存的清洁液体，定期对过滤器进行反冲清洗（Back-washed using factory air pressure and clean fluid stored in the reverse tank）
• 无需维护（No maintenance required）
• 过滤器可重复使用，无废弃物，环保（The filter can be reused, no waste produced, environmentally friendly）
